The product itself is outstanding. However a couple of small parts were damaged during shipping... and were very promptly replaced. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.
The motor on the Hayward pump that was running the pool filter when we bought the house developed overheating and tripped the breaker. It took a couple of days to diagnose the problem, but I found the exact replacement for the pump on INYO Pools website. The price was nearly $100 less than what other companies were charging. Shipping was prompt and at a reasonable cost.
