Pros: The self-priming pump is outstanding

Cons: Shipping could have been better

The product itself is outstanding. However a couple of small parts were damaged during shipping... and were very promptly replaced. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Product: Hayward Super Pump 1 HP Dual Speed

Pros: Easy to install

The motor on the Hayward pump that was running the pool filter when we bought the house developed overheating and tripped the breaker. It took a couple of days to diagnose the problem, but I found the exact replacement for the pump on INYO Pools website. The price was nearly $100 less than what other companies were charging. Shipping was prompt and at a reasonable cost.

Cons: no eletrical plug, in my case

Two couplings and your in business accept for the eletrical
