Occasionally I have water escape around screw at top. Do I need new cl200 or part?

Hello Ronald, the first thing I would check is the plastic cap and case of the CL200 to make sure there is no crack. If the plastic hardware is in good shape then I would likely say that gaskets should be changed to fix the leak, and this kit the APCK1052 would do the trick.

Water is leaking out of the cap, can I just get a new o-ring. The cap has no cracks in it.

I have water leaking out of the bottom of the chlorinator is there supposed to be gaskets in each union which connects chlorinator to pvc piping? I didn't see any when I unscrewed both sides also doesn't seem like that is where water is coming from it seems like directly out of bottom?? any suggestions

Hi, It could be the the unit have a crack in the body or the Drain Plug w/ Gasket (SPX1700FGV) needs to be replaced.

My chlorinated does not fill completely up and I have air bubbles coming out of the jets going back to the pool.I think my chlorinated needs to be changed. What is your opinion about it?

I would first determine if you are getting air in your pump, visible in your pump lid. If so, then I would address that first by replacing the o-ring on the pump lid, as it is likely this would be the main culprit in the air leak. The second area of attention would be replacing the chlorinator lid o-ring. If you are still having an air leak in your chlorinator, then it might be time to replace the chlorinator.
