Hello - Kit part number STK0056 does include the cable between the display board and the micro board. If you have any other questions, may I suggest giving Aqua Cal a call at 727-823-5642.

If I replace the control panel do I need to replace the inside board as well?
If so how difficult is it to replace the inside board?
Reply
It wouldn't be a bad idea to get them both at the same time. This will have to be special ordered though if you decide to purchase.

I have a few of my display numbers segments that have stopped working, can I just get a replace display board?
Reply
Yes, that is what you would want to do. If you have a model # for the heat pump that you have, I can make sure that is the correct display board that you need. If you do not have that information you can attach some pictures and I can identify it for you.

(4 out of 5 stars) AquaCal Heater Display
Reviewed By: Mike F from Ft Lauderdale FL ()
Pros: Looks great
Cons: Two hour install
Installed new display and card for my AquaCal Heater. (You can't just replace the display anymore.) The old display was impossible to read during the day but the heater still worked fine. The new card had one difference: the power connectors (W24) have moved over one spot to the left; otherwise, all other connecters are one for one. The new cable also has to be installed and uses the RJ45 instead of RJ11 connectors so it's a tight fit. After confirming it all worked, when the RJ45 was removed from the card, the plug bent up and was unable to push it back in; however, it still functioned correctly after reconnecting.
