PURELINE DENALI ABOVE GROUND POOL COVERS
The PureLine Denali Series is our entry level cover and has the strength and durability of covers costing twice as much. Rugged polyethylene scrim and coating means this cover can withstand winter's worst. PureLine covers are U.V. protected so they will last for years in direct sunlight. The cover's black underside retards algae growth and heat sealed seams means a crystal clear pool next spring.
The Denali cover is held secure on your pool with a heavy duty vinyl coated cable and tightener that is anchored by rip proof metal grommets. This cover is backed by an 8 year warranty (1 year full rated) and is navy blue with a black underside.
STRONG, LONG-LASTING WOVEN STRANDS
The strength of a winter cover determined by the weight, or "denier", of the individual stands. PureLine strands are 50% stronger than the competition.
NO MORE ALGAE GROWTH!
PureLine covers are constructed of an extremely tight weave fabric that does not allow light to pass through. Without sunlight, algae cannot grow!

How many cover clips (and at what intervals) should be used for a 24' round above-ground pool cover?
Reply
For a 24' round pool the manufacturer recommends 54 clips to complete the job. They are 6" long so that's essentially all the way around your pool depending on the width of your top rails.

Wrench Set, On open end ?? 1/2" I think
I have an above ground. I use to "build" a tent over the pool. This involved stretching ropes from an aluminum step ladder in the center of the pool to the edge of the pool. I put rubber boots on the ladder "feet" so not to put holes in the floor. The cheap tarp was then laid over the ropes. Not all bad actually. But don't forget to pull the snow off of the tarp, or the whole thing rips out and all the snow and Dirt is in the pool for spring . With the new cover I was able to lay the cover on the water and come up the sides, over the edge and secure It in place with the included cable system. Spring came, drain off the snow water, pull out the cover with all the dirt and leaves, and my pool had clean water left, ready to be filled.

I got my winter cover and in very short time my wife and I placed it over our pool. It took a few minutes to lace the cable through the eyelets around it and then all I had to do was rachet it tight. It is working beautifully.

Purchased new solid cover to keep dirty water and leaves from seeping into pool. Next spring when I open pool my water should be clean. I also winterized pool water.

I called INYO and they promptly sent a replacement cable. I installed the replacement cable to finish the job.
Thank God it was taken care of. The cover stayed on Through the hurricane force winds that ripped through Roches
Rochester NY this spring.

Pros: Light weight, pretty durable for the price
The pricing on this winter cover was so reasonable I thought I would give it a try last winter. It is pretty light weight so I expected it to bleed sunlight and cause extra work for me at Spring opening. No way! My pool was in great shape - just as I had left it. Great value.

(4 out of 5 stars) so far so good

Pros: stays put
Cons: none yet
we put this on in October and so far it has worked well. It hasn't moved and the edges have stayed tight. We have had an exceptionally rainey winter and have to use a pump to drain excess water off the top. of course the real test will be in spring when we take it off. But so far it has worked better than any in the past and for the price we are pleased.
