I bought an air pillow, 100ft of cable and a winch. I blew up the air pillow and tied it off to the pool frame. I then placed the cover over the pool and air pillow. The cable was laced through the grommets on the cover and the winch was used to tighten it up.

Screwdriver, Pliers, These are needed to unloosen the ratchet.

I loosened the screws on the side rail brackets.
Fastened the cable around the top rails.
INYO pools provided me with a new cable.
I weaved the new cable through the grommets (the original short cable was still holding the cover in place}
The new cable was fastened into the ratchet while the short cable held the cover in place.
I loosened the original ratchet.
Pulled the cover down the side of the pool.
Fastened the new ratchet in place.
This cover stayed on the pool through hurricane force wind in Rochester NY this past March.
