Part number NE142 is designed to fit the Vinyl Works deck posts that measure a true 4"x4" square. They are not designed for standard 4"x4" lumber that actually measures 3.5"x3.5".

Pros: Look good, and rechargeable
Cons: very light and cheap feeling
I don't have these on my deck yet. I hope they fit. when I took them from the boxes they were shipped in, two of the four batteries were making contact and had obviously ran down. I sat them outside and they charged and worked although very dim. Maybe they will have enough light to at least accent my deck.
