It was very easy to replace my old halogen pool light with Hayward's colorlogic light. I shut off the power to my pool equipment, then drained down the spa to gain access to the light. I then removed the old light by taking out the screw that holds the housing. Next, I opened the transformer box and separated the wires from the supply line and taped a nylon strap to the old spa wires. I pulled the old light and wires from the spa until I reached the end where the strap was attached to the old wires. I then removed the strap and attached it to the new light wires and pulled the wire backs thru the conduit attached to the transformer. I installed the new wires to the supply lines, closed the transformer cover and installed the light and ring into the opening within the spa. Turned power back on and turned on the light.Very easy! Inyo pools has great instructions on their website, should you need them. I love the new light and Inyo pools pricing made it affodable.
