Hello Bill- The Hayward 1/4 Eyeball SP1419B we had listed on the site was incorrectly labeled and is actually the 3/8" eyeball.

what is the difference between Hayward eyeball SP1419D and the Hayward eyeball SP1419B?

The difference is the hole opening where the water comes out. The hole for the SP1419D measures 3/4" where the SP1419B measures 3/8"
