Hello Richard.  The Hayward Pool Products PCB-Main OnCommand GLX-PCB-ONCOM is a new part.  Hayward warrants all accessories and replacement parts for the OnCommand Pool Automation product to be free of defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of one (1) year from the initial date of purchase on private residential swimming pools in the United States and Canada.   Attached please find a copy of the Hayward On Command Installation Manual.  Hayward's Warranty is stated on page 30.  OnCommand
