AquaTrol HP Main PCB - GLX-PCB-TROL-HP
my aqua trol unit only displays a power light. i can scroll down the diagnostic selections but i can't reset or change any settings. it reads 3400 salt level but it is frozen there as there is no salt in it now and i am using chlorine tablets. do i need a new board?

Hi Lou, You will need to troubleshoot the unit with Hayward but it is possible that the PCB is bad.

HI. i THOUGHT I FOUND THE CORRECT PCB BOARD FOR MY AQUA TROL BUT IN THIS DESCRIPTION IT SAYS FOR RJ MODEL??? mY MODEL IS AQ-TROL-HP AND I WAS ABOUT TO ORDER PART NUMBER GLX-PCB-TROL-HP FOR 291.99 BUT IT SAYS FOR RJ IN THE DESCRIPTION AND I KNOW RJ MODELS TAKE A DIFFERENT BOARD?? aLSO WILL CHANGING THE BOARD ALSO RESTORE CLOCK/TIMER ? wARRANTY OF ANY KIND? THANKS

Hi Maryann, Thank you for bringing that to our attention as the description was inaccurate. This PCB is for the AquaTrol HP and not the RJ and this is the correct replacement PCB for your AquaTrol HP Salt System.

My control board has 4 connectors on tb1 section on left lower corner pn 01-066012e-1

How do I know it is my Board and not my cell? Cell has been cleaned twice in two weeks with no reaction noticed. Salt and other chemicals seem ok.

Hi, Michael. If the system diagnostics are within the proper range, or if all range except for the Cell Amp, Instant Salt and Default Salt readings are off, this is a cell issue. Any other issues including no cell volts is a bad board.
