Is this timer pump start capable, or do you need a separate pump start relay?

Hi Wayne, This timer is capable of turning a pump On/Off, it will also need to be installed in a casing which will power the leads (P7103ME).

I own an Intermatic mechanical timer model #T104P201 that controls power to my pool pump and heater. The mechanical timer mechanism has failed and I would like to replace it with a digital timer mechanism. I do not need to replace the plastic enclosure or other existing components. Can you tell me which model to purchase? Thanks!
