Brian- The motor you need for your FHPM2.0 is the B855 A.O. Smith 2 HP, 56Y Frame, Up-Rate Motor, we would also recommend that you change the shaft seal which is 5020-087 Shaft Seal (R0479400) OEM.

water is leaking from the pump housing when operating. Looks like the seal is going,

If you have water leaking from between where the motor meets the pump housing, then this is most likely the case. You will need to correctly identify the pump you have in order to find the correct replacement shaft/pump seal.

What is the latest pump motor do you have that is replacing
Jandy 2 HP Flo-pro self priming FHPM2.0, 2.00 x 1.13 + 2.26 , Jandy motor rated HP x SF 2.00 x 1.13 = 2.26 and its price / shipping
I bought this set up in 2010 and I don't know what is the newest or latest model for this pump/motor

We would suggest this Waterway Champion 2 HP Pump the plumbing ports are not in the exact same location so you will have a little re-plumbing. Another option would be just to replace the motor on your current pump, if you are interested in this let us know and can supply you links to the items you would require.
