I can't tell by looking on my old cell whether it is the 1400 or the 700--the number is A0119905 and below that ".040 Blade". Which replacement do I need?
Reply
Hi James - If you look down the barrel of the cell you should be able to count the number of blades which are inside the cell. If you have 7 metal blades then you have the 700 and if you have 14 blades you would have the 1400.

How difficult is it to replace the power cable for the Nature2 1400 salt cell to the AquaLink RS control box along with the new salt cell itself?
Reply
That would have to be special ordered from Zodiac so you would be looking at 2-3 weeks if Zodiac has that in stock.

how long do the chlorinator parts usually last
Reply
That would depend entirely on how much sun, chlorinated water and pressure fluctuations in the system vary. More of these factors can cause these parts to go bad a lot sooner than if not. Maybe a few years at least(average).
