I need a part for my Dolphin pool cleaner but I don't see it on the parts breakdown. Is there still a chance you may still have it?

The manufacturer which is Maytronics, does not offer all parts for sale. If you don't see a part on the breakdown you can give us a call. For parts that they do not consider "DIY (do it yourself), you will need to contact them and send in the cleaner for repair.

Can the Dolphin Sprite be used in a saltwater pool?

Yes, the Dolphin Sprite is designed for saltwater pools. The salt level should be less than 5,000 ppm. Anything over 5,000 ppm will void the warranty of the cleaner.

For the dolphin sprite unit it say it works on 20x40 size pool. My pool is 20x44. Will this unit have issues with my larger size pool or do I need to look at a different model?

With the larger pool the issue you would run across is that the cleaner would not reach across the entire pool from a single electrical outlet. I also have a larger pool 20' x 44' however I have several electrical outlets around the pool so I typically rotate which outlet I use when running the Dolphin Sprite cleaner and the cleaner cleans my pool thoroughly.

Can the hose be replaced on the Dolphin Sprite? Mine looks like the Maysprite in the picture on your website. The hose on the one I have is about 18ft. My pool is 18x36 and around 30ft from the electrical outlet.

I would give Maytronics a call at 888-365-7446 to see what they say. I'm not showing that cable on the parts list for the Maysprite.

Pros: easy cleaning. Strong motor.
This unit came ready to run with almost no set-up time required. It works very fast and efficiently and the clean up between runs is easy to do. I had an aqua-bot before this and this is better.

Pros: Keeps an already clean pool clean
Cons: Heavy to lift out of the pool and a lot of dirt comes out when you do
Won't do steps and cleaning the filter bag is like changing a dirty diaper.
