Water is leaking from the top of the valve - just under the handle. Is it the O-ring and seal, just the o-ring, just the seal, both, or neither. Thanks!

Hi Brian, There is an o-ring located under the valve cover, but the cover o-ring also includes the washer and spacer for the shaft.
