my new serpent pool cleaner does not move.
where do I place the eyeball diverter ?? I use the skimmer

If you have a return line near the area where the cleaner is getting stuck then you would want to place it in a position to where it is pushing water in that area in order to move the cleaner away from there. Also if the cleaner is not working at all then you will need to inspect the suction to make sure it is enough to run the cleaner.
