Does this part come with the gasket? If not do you sell the gasket separately?

To replace the "face plate" what other parts are needed? I see 2 other parts on the diagram behind the "face plate", part no 10 and 6 pluse one that is not numbered.

Hi Kathy, Replacing the Widemouth Gasket (set Of 2) (13123005R2) is also recommended depending on the age or if it's leaking. The other parts that are not listed we do not carry.

The item (pool flange,gaskets and skimmer cover) looked just like the original flange and fit perfectly and we had no problem installing it.
