Pros: Product worked good
Cons: Description of product and technical support mis-leading
Product came incomplete as per the picture and confirmed with phone conversation. The product only came with the lower housing body. the top was not included. I called the service rep to confirm that it came with the top and o-ring. His reply was yes it did. When I received the product it only came with the housing body minus the top and o-ring.
