There is a small clip-style retainer on the inside of the chlorinator body that holds it in.  You will need to turn the power off to your pump and drain the chlorinator to access it.  Be sure to follow the servicing instructions in the manual to avoid chemical burns to your skin and eyes and put some lubricant on it so it stays sealed up for a long time.
