Hi Denise, This Cover Lid O-Ring and Spider Gasket is not included with this Top Assy.

Hello Richard, the Top Valve Assembly for 1.5" Side Mount valve - 51000111 only comes in black.

What is the difference between Am Products 501501 and 501601? Will assembly 51000111 fit both? Thanks

Hi Dave, Yes assembly 51000111 fit both. I believe the difference is the plumbing port size on the valve, but this does not impact the assembly as the same assembly is used on both valve models.
