How do I replace a wheel that is broken off level with the casing? Can I buy just one wheel?

Hi, Unfortunately, you can not purchase just one wheel it's sold in a set. To remove it you will have to take the unit apart until the Base Plate is free. Once you have the base plate by itself, squeeze the tip of the wheel pin and pull it through the base plate. Then push the pin of the new wheel into the available hole.
