Unfortunaltely, this part is sold as part of the body. The part that you're looking for isn't sold separately.

Screwdriver, Adjustable Wrench, Towel to place unit on, and parts tray for screws
A novice DYI'er can accomplish these steps fairly easily. As parts are removed, keep track (take pictures) how they came off so they can be reassembled properly. I recommend replacing both the top and bottom halves at the same time.
1. Disconnect the pressure piping and tail with a quarter turn counter clockwise, and remove the debris net.
2. Turn over and remove five screws, one at the nose, two midsection, and two more at the rear.
3. If the lower body is being replaced, remove the two screws for the forward wheel and remove, pull the hubcaps and wrench off the wheel nuts and remove the wheels.
4. Turn over right side up and separate the two body halves. It is easier to pull from the rear to separate.
5. If only the top half is to be replaced, skip to Step 10. Otherwise disassemble these parts from the lower body which are easily removed by hand: 7 border wheels, floats, blue suction channel, and mode switch.
6. Remove two screws from the rear of the tank fin, and one screw at the rear securing piping.
7. Pull the tank fin, disconnect the front spin-out jet from the lower body, and remove the manifold with gear box all as one assembly.
8. Remove two screws to the two piece axle, and pull the axles.
9. Replace the parts in the new lower body in the opposite order of disassembly. Be careful not to pinch hoses or the Phantom will not operate correctly.
10. Place the top cover starting with the nose, and then lower to the rear. Grasp the entire unit holding the top and bottom together and flip upside down, taking care not to cause parts inside to shift should the top and bottom separate.
11. Replace the body screws, all wheels if removed, net and pressure hose fitting turning one quarter turn clockwise.

(5 out of 5 stars) New Robot Body!

After more than 10 happy years this sophisticated pool cleaner has done a remarkable job not matched by any new unit. I like it so much, I am willing to replace part by part as it wears out. For the most part, the out body was still in one piece, but some border wheel axles have broken. In the past I’ve fixed these on my own. So it was time for a new body. The new style is improved with screws securing those broken axles. So I’m happy with what looks like a brand new pool robot!
