Hello...I was disconnecting my unit to replace the old bulb. As I was doing so one of my green wire touched the brown wire and caught a spark. Do I need a new fuse because I can not tell if it is blown or not?

Hi. It's hard to say. You can test the fuse for continuity, if none, replace it.
