My Barracuda Super G+ is not moving ! I replaced diaphragm but it still doesn't work. Meanwhile I checked that the outer extension pipe is succtioning air when I bring it to water surface. Is that the cause ?

This leak is the most likely culprit, I would replace the bad section.
