I think I have a StayRite DES51 - wish I could attach a picture. Has 15 grids, 6 on each side and 3 center. fits in a round "green egg" shaped steel system. Need to order a 12x12 grid. Just 1.

As you can see in this parts diagram here, most of the parts for that model filter are obsolete. You can send us some images of the filter to double check and confirm the model and availability of those parts through our support request page.
