The manufacturer which is Maytronics, does not offer all parts for sale. If you don't see a part on the breakdown you can give us a call. For parts that they do not consider "DIY (do it yourself), you will need to contact them and send in the cleaner for repair.

Hi James, we do offer this Amphenol Plug - 5000009 but please note that it does not fit every Dolphin cleaner. Check the webpage before ordering to be sure or reach out to us with the model of your cleaner and we would be happy to verify it for you (the webpage you asked the question on links to the C6 and 2x2 cleaners, so this will work for them).
