is this part critical? what is it's purpose? my dx3 seems to be "lost" in the pool and keeps recleaning only one section of the pool. it seems to favor one side that is always the top when cleaning the sides, and one that is the bottom and then flips a lot to one side so I thought I would replace the pulleys (SINGLE DRIVE PULLEY (3883645) ). cleaner doesn't climb up stairs like it once did. thanks for your help. I need to get this fixed!

Hi, Kathrin. This is a critical part. The purpose is to ensure proper suction and water flow through the cleaner. The problems you having is hard to diagnose without inspecting the cleaner. It would be best if you can take the unit to an authorized repair center for a full inspection.

How many of Diag.basic - Non Return Diafragms (9980220) are used in the Dolphin Nautilus
robotic cleaner? It looks like up to four could be used, but I only see one on my unit.
