Hello Jennifer. The SeaKlear WinterPill clarifies the pool water and helps reduce scaling and staining. The WinterPill is enzyme enhanced which controls non-living organics, helping to eliminate waterline ring, and also enhances filter performance. The chemistry contained in the SeaKlear WinterPill will not harm the pool liner.

Highly recommend the WinterPill. I've owned a pool for over 30 years. Used to do the "chemical" ritual while closing. Was introduced to the AquaPill about 5 years ago. Except for the debris on the bottom, pool water is "clear" and ready for easy start up.
Only 1 year had a slight issue, but the winter was warmer than normal. My take was the chemicals in the pill were consumed at a higher than normal rate.

These are great to prevent dirt rings on pool liners during pool closing.
