I have an in ground pool, but it does not have a light in it. Would the Smart Pool NiteLighter work?

This particular light (NLML) is designed for an above ground pool. Because it has no wiring, it can be installed to an in ground pool. You may want to look at the installation design first though because the light attaches to a mounting bracket that is typically attached to your pool's top ledge. You may need to alter the mounting process to fit your pool, but the light should accommodate what you are looking for.You can take a look at the mounting process in the manual here.

I have an 18 x 33 foot oval above ground pool. The old light that finally gave out on me was a simple mount. Just loosen a section of top molding and hang over top, then re-install top molding. Plugged in and had on/off switch on transformer. What are differences with this light ?

Hi. The light will be on then turn off...then comes back on again. The electricity feed is not the issue. Thinking the bulb within the Nitelighter may need to be replaced? Bit surprised because the Nitelighter has only experienced occasional use since I purchased it few years ago. Can you advise? Should I change the bulb?
Thank you, Eric S

Eric, It sounds like the transformer is bad.
