This Pool Frog Mineral Reservoir fits inside Pool Frog Cyclers: Pool Frog Series 5100, 5200, or 6100 and Prevail Series 5770 or 5771. Pool Frog Mineral Reservoirs should be changed at the beginning of every season, and they shouldn't be used for more than six months at a time.

I have the Frog 5400 installed on an above ground pool .is there a big difference between the two systems above and below ground?

They both use the same minerals. The difference is the application. An above ground model is used for a smaller body of water (less than 25,000 gallons) and typically have hose type connections with smaller water flow demand. An in ground version is for a larger body of water (up to 40,000 gallons) is usually hard plumbed, and will normally have a larger pump with a higher water flow rate through the system.

Arrived quickly. The pool frog system is easy to use and my pool is always clear when I open. I think it due to the minerals in the reservoir.

The Pool frog sanitizer was the easiest and best addition to our above ground pool. We used to use a standard feeder, but this system ended up requiring a lot less chemicals and it just works year after year.
