I1. s this TAPE that the CUSTOMER applies to his existing tires, or is this order for two new tires already wrapped with tape?
2. Are the larger 'knobs' on the original tires (there to help it over obstacles) still functional, irrespective of what the answer is to No. 1?

Hi Joe, The Tape tires is not actual tape but what the manufacture calls the material. The Tape Tires does not have the knobs like the original tires but it does help with traction to maneuver better.

Do these go on the front or the back tires? We ordered after recently epoxy painting our pool for traction...Thanks
