I have a 40 X 20 in ground concrete pool with a liner. Recently we had a tree fall which tore the cover and other damage. The coping which the liner clips into was broken and will need to be replaced. The present material I am NOT happy with as it will not keep the liner secure and has shrunk over time. I would like to know more about the aluminum coping along with round corners. I would need 120 feet not counting the corners. How long are these units what would be the cost? phone 219 929 8219
Unless you are going to pour a new concrete deck the cp2 coping will not work for that application. It is hard to see in the picture but I am guessing that was plastic coping which is why it shrunk. The closest thing to that type of coping we carry is the CP6 profile which is made of aluminum. You would need to measure the mounting surface it would attach to and confirm it would fit. Our coping has a 5.5" mounting surface width. This style of coping can not be bent into a radius it would need to be a series of welds or would be a diagonal like the one you show in the picture. We offer 90 degree corners in a 3 weld 6in radius, a 90 degree corner with a 3 inch diagonal and a 90 degree corner with a 6 inch diagonal. The straight sections are 8ft long. I would estimate you would need 13 8ft straights, a corner set, and 20 clips
Thanks for the reply. If I would use the cp2 coping I would pour on top of the deck to match it. It might be the cp6 could be a better choice, but I could not find the detail if you could send me some detail along with a picture it would be great. I would be happy to be added to your e-mail list. Thanks
