My pool water stays cloudy no matter how much clarifier or shock I use? Is there anything else I can try?

You can try a flocculant. If that doesn't work you may have a high total dissolved solids level in which case you will need to perform step 5 here.

I had a pool party recently and after everyone got out of the pool, it turned really cloudy. Is there a product I can add to help prevent this?

The cloudiness comes from organic waste loads after a heavy bather load. There is nothing to prevent it. You can use Pool First Aid to treat it quickly.

Can this be used in a D.E. Filter? Is this a floculant ? Do you have to vacuum to waste to remove, or can you let the filter remove it?

Hi, Jerry. This Concentrated Clarifier can be used with a DE filter, it is not a flocculant. You do not have to vacuum to waste but will need to backwash the filter as it collects the debris.

I got the green out of my inground pool,the clorine test is fine,the water color now is blue but not clear,what must I do?

Hi. The final step in completely clearing the pool up is to use a water clarifier like this product or the Natural Chemistry Pool First Aid Enzyme.

We have extremely warm weather with heavy afternoon rain and storms. I have had to remove water to keep pool level down for the skimmer to work. The water has now become a bit cloudy. What can I do to clear this up quickly? I have shocked it but to no avail.

Hi, Thomas. You can use this product in assisting you in clearing up your pool if your water chemistry is fine and filter.

This clarifier really clears up our Florida pool. I add it when the pool is just a little cloudy after heavy rain storms. The next day the water is crystal clear and it stays that way.

After getting frustrated by using the products from my local pools store, i switched to this clarifyer. After a few treatments of this clarifyer all little particules, you notice better inder water, disappeared. High quality product!

Pros: Highly concentrated so a quart goes a long way.
Cons: No "Cons" on this product
1/4 cup of Concentrated Clarifier in my 30000 pool really did the trick! Far superior to what's available at national pool stores and less expensive.

If pool water is a bit cloudy per typical at opening time, after a storm, or if you've had an algae bloom, this stuff is the ticket. If just moderately cloudy, pour a few ounces through the skimmer and let it run overnight. If it's very cloudy, pour the whole bottle in, let it run for an hour and then turn off the pump to let it settle to the bottom, then vac to waste.

Pros: super concentrated
I used this clarifier along with algae 60 and power shock. Adding clarifier got rid of the cloudy water. The next day the neighbors told me they are jealous of how clear and beautiful my pool was.

Easy to use product that works! Used the product after a shock and cloudy pool and 8 hours later the pool was clean. It also helped to clean the algae as it settled at the bottom and made vacuum easier. I recommend this product to anyone who want to keep a clear and clean pool!!
