Good product. Too bad this time I ordered it, the order was cancelled with no notification to me of the cancellation. I emailed the company and received reply from Keizer P that stated it was not on my order. I sent a copy of my order, but this person continued to say it was not ordered. I kept replying with a picture and this person would not reply except to say “If you have any further questions please feel free to reply to this email. In addition, you may view the entire ticket history or enter a response by visiting the link below”. The link did not work. Poor, poor responses.

Pros: Easy to use doesn't take much
I love this clear blue. It keeps my pool so clear! Don't have to use much and if my pool gets a little cloudy after a rain I just add a little and it clears right up. Have used this for 4 years now.
