Can this be used for cleaning tile at the water line of a gunite or concrete pool?

This brush has stainless steel bristles so would not recommend using this on pool tile as to it may scratch it. You would want to use a brush that uses nylon bristles. We, unfortunately, do not carry those types of tile brushes.
