ok confused about the Tiger RC model it does or does not work???? The reason for the RC is for maybe an area it missed or needs cleaned again???? I thought it goes over the whole pool and programs it to repeat the entire pool????

The RC cleaner covers the entire pool. The remote is used for spot cleaning. It is ideal for situations where you just need to pick up a couple leaves on the bottom of the pool.

Hello Marshall, The Tiger Shark QC model is not designed to operate with a remote. Only the Tiger Shark Plus and Tiger Shark 2 Plus models can use the remote.

PLEASE BE KIND ENOUGH TO TELL ME ,CAN I SWIM IN THE POOL WHILST THE DOLPHIN CLEANER IS PLUGGED INTO THE ELECTRICAL SOCKET AND CLEANING THE POOL FLOUR ETC. OR SHOULD I NOT ENTER THE POOL DURING THE CLEANING PROCESS

Hello Stanley, As long as the electrical box that plugs into the cleaner never touches the water there is no current going through your water. I wouldn't recommend it only because while you are swimming the debris that you are trying to pick up will be kicked up and the cleaner won't be able to picked up.

Is there a service facility that can refurbish a Tiger Shark? Mine just stopped working one day. Hate to buy a new one when it could be something very simple that I am missing.

Hi TD, The first thing I would do is the follow this Video on How to Troubleshoot a Robotic Pool Cleaner the video uses a Maytronics Dolphin Pool Cleaner but the steps will be similar for your Tiger Shark.
