I have dirt on bottom of pool. I have a vacuum head, but has brushes on the bottom of it, and it just stirs up the dirt in the water. Have a vinyl lining in the pool. I need a head that goes along the bottom of the pool and sucks the dirt up without stirring it up. What do you recommend? Thanks-

Hi Archie, Unfortunately, with a vinyl liner surface you can't use this Flexible Concrete Vac Head. All of the vacuum head for vinyl pools has brushes.

The manufacturer of this vacuum head is Splash model NA312. We are strictly an online retailer and do not have retail stores where you can purchase this from.

There could be a number of reasons for this issue. The cleaner may need to be repaired already due to some course finish passing through the cleaner, the valves at the equipment may need to be adjusted or even a return jet may need to be adjusted to direct water flow to help push the cleaner to other areas in the pool. Typically builders to do not recommend for cleaners to be used when a pool is refinished right away though. I would suggest taking up possible warranty cleaner issues or even best recommendations for your scenario with the builder and or manufacturer of the cleaner.

I have an NA312 Vac Head. Yesterday the white plastic end broke off. Do you sell parts for these? I don't need the entire unit.

Hi, Bill. Unfortunately, we do not sell parts for this unit. You will have to replace the entire unit.
