Will this integrate with a Pentair Intellitouch indoor control panel connected to the i5+3 circuit board?

Hi. Donald. This V-Green Automation Adapter Kit can be used to Pentair Intellitouch Controller. Please refer to the V-Green Automation Adapter Kit Manual.

I hooked it up to my aqualink control panel. I am able to control the on off function from the panel in the house but unable to change the speed from the house control panel. Only able to change speed from the V-green Automation Adapter potentiometers. Is this the only way to change the speed of the pump?

Hi, Chirs. Yes, that is correct.

How do I run a V Green 165 pump and chlorine generator simultaneously? When I bought the pump there was no mention that this pump won't allow a generator to run at the same time. Does the V-Green Automation kit allow this? I bought the pump too long ago to get a replacement V-270 motor. I haven't used it yet and just now tried to install it to find this out now.

Hi, Roger. You will not be able to run a chlorine generator at the same time using this V-Green Automation Adapter Kit. You can have the pump turn the chlorine generator on using it's built-in flow switch or purchase and installed a Grid Control Flow Switch which will use the flow of the pump to generate power which will power the generator.

How do we wire a VGreen Automation Adapter with a Century variable speed motor and a Hayward Goldline Automation
controller (PNGL-066008N-1).

It depends upon the vintage and configuration (number of relays/outputs) of your Hayward AquaLogic system. You may need to use the AUX relays to control it and rename/configure them for the pump and the different speeds. See the AquaLogic manual and the V-Green Automation Adapter manuals on how to set it up for low voltage or high voltage relays so you can control your variable-speed pump remotely.

Thanks for the quick reply.Would the Century Motor VLink - VL100 work with my Century 1.65 HP Motor, V-Green, Square Flange 48Y, Variable Speed - Model ECM16SQU?
The issue is that when I use my spa, if the pump is on a low speed, the heater won't turn on, so I need to go to the pool equipment shack and manually adjust the pump speed. if the VL100 works, at least I can use my phone to control both the spa and the pump, even if different apps.

Hi Thomas, the V-Green Automation Adapter does provide the ability to operate a V-Green ECM16SQU motor with a 3rd party automation system such as the Hayward Goldline Pro Logic, Pentair Easytouch, Jandy Aqualink, and Intermatic controls. The Century Motor VLink - VL100 (in stock!) will allow you to control the motor on its own app (outside of any existing automation system).
