The measurement from the back side of tubing where ladder goes into deck to front side of tubing which curves back into pool is 18 1/2" the tubing diameter is 1 3/4".

My deck is 65 inches above the bottom of the pool the pool is 54 inches deep and I'm looking for a stainless steel ladder that I could attach to the deck that has a weight rating of 350 pounds

You would require the 6100B ladder here along with the pool ladder extension kit that raises the ladder to reach deck heights from 55"- approximately 66". This ladder has a weight limit of 300 lbs. but would be the only option for a deck 65" tall.
