what type of filter does this come with? Voltage and horse power.

Richard- The NB1286 18' x 33' Oval 54" Above Ground Pool is the pool, return fitting and skimmer only. You would need to purchase the pump and filter and Liner separately.

Hello Lela, Yes you can absolutely have an above ground pool installed for you. You will need to contact your local pool stores or locate an Above Ground Pool installer in your local area. Asking local pool stores may benefit you the most as some will have above ground pool installer numbers available.
