Will the 2Green Pool Motor Square Flange 3/4 HP 115V Full Rate Dual Speed w/ Digital Controller (B2981T) fit the wet end from my age-old SP2805X7? If so, is there a tune-up kit for this unit?

Hi, The A.O. Smith 2-Green 3/4 HP Full Rate Round Flange 115 V Two Speed Motor W/ Timer (B973T) and the Hayward Max-Flo Tune Up Kit (GOKIT1) would be the motor and tune up kit needed for the Hayward Max-Flo SP2805X7 Pump.

SP2805X7 pump. Diffusor cover needs replacement. Is #5110-09CC the correct part? Using a 1.25 hp motor.

The only diffuser currently available for your model pump manufactured from1984 until current is part number 5110-09AC.

Hi Ruben, the closest Hayward pump that can replace this one will be the Hayward Super Pump model W3SP2605X7. The suction port matches however please be advised that the discharge top port is further back by about 2 inches.

Hi , I have a SP2805X7 Hayward pump for my in ground pool (Max-Flo). It is no longer available. Which other model do you recommend, Power Flo II or Super Pump? The current motor has 3/4 HP and I believe is is configured at 115V.

Hi George, I would recommend the Hayward Super Pump model W3SP2605X7 pool pump as a replacement. The suction port will match however please be advised that the top discharge port will be about two inches further back.

Will the "Century 3/4 HP Round Flange 56J Up Rate Motor - UST1072" bolt directly to the Hayward Max-Flo Pump 3/4 HP Single Speed Pump - SP2805X7 Pump Housing? If this is correct what "Tune Up Kit" do I need? Thank you for your response...

Hi Rance, Yes the UST1072 3/4 HP Motor would bolt right up to your Hayward Max Flo SP2805X7. You would also need this Hayward Max Flo Tune-Up Kit.

Can the motor of the Super Pump 3/4 HP Single Speed - W3SP2605X7 bolt directly to the Pump Housing Strainer of the Hayward Max-Flo Pump 3/4 HP Single Speed Pump - SP2805X7? I was not wanting to have to redo all of the PVC connections.

Hi Rance, Yes the motor from the Super Pump will bolt onto a Max Flo but the plumbing ports on the Super Pump are in a different location so if you replace the entire pump you would need to re-plumb. If you just want to replace the motor then you will need the UST1072 3/4 HP Motor and the Hayward Max Flo Tune-Up Kit.
