I have a low flow pressure application. What is the minimum flow rate and pressure required for proper backwashing of a S360T2?
Thanks

Hello Ed. I spoke to the Hayward Technical and he said the flow rate for backwash is 72 GPM. He said the pressure varies on the debris built up.

I have a 25,000 gallon pool. Which Heyward filters will handle this size pool?

Hi Michael, This filter has a max flow rate of 130 gpm, it will be great for a 25,000 gallon pool if your pump does not exceed that flow rate.

I would recommend the Triton 2, part number 140243, paired with the Clean and Clear RP, part number 160353. I recommend a sand filter paired with a cartridge filter because the sand filter will collect the bigger debris and bacteria, the cartridge filter will collect the smaller debris and bacteria that the sand filter is not able to collect no matter how many times it is filter through. These two are a great combo.
