How many feet or 44" lengths of hose do i need for a 15' x 32' above ground pool.
The E-z Vac comes with 32' of hose which is good for a 25foot pool.

Hi Gilles, Can you let us know the distance from your skimmer to the furthest point away from the skimmer, this would help us determine how many feet of hose you would need.

Why did this unit suddenly stop going to all areas of my 24' above ground pool? It seems to clean only 2/3 of the pool floor. It keeps going to the same areas after a short while, instead of randomly covering all of the pool floor. I always take the ladder out of the pool, when using it, so that it doesn't,t get stuck on that. The filter/pump is fine and all hoses are air tight.

Hello, Bruce. I would start by checking the hose sections to make sure they are not bent or kinked. It only takes one section to be bent or kinked to hinder the cleaner coverage. You can inspect your hoses by taking them apart and laying them on a flat surface to check and see if they all lay straight. The hose sections should not be curved. Also, the swivel on top of the pool cleaner should turn freely. Check the return jet in the pool and ensure it is still facing down towards the bottom of the pool. It is best recommended when the cleaner is not in use, to disassemble the hose sections, keep them straight and out of sunlight.

Hoe do i get this vacuum to lay flat on the bottom of pool to ensure a goood clean.

Soft side pool is 42'. Are there Pentair hose extensions? Does any brand come w/ a hose that long?

Hi Richard, The Pentair EZ Vac cleaner is not recommended for use with soft side pools only hard wall pools. You will have to purchase additional hose p/n K21220, there is not a cleaner that comes with enough to accommodate a pool that is 42' long.
