What is a booster pump, and where does it attach to?

This cleaner is designated as a pressure side cleaner which means:Pressure Pool Cleaners most pressure cleaners require a booster pump which is typically a ¾ horse power pump that is dedicated for use with the cleaner alone. The booster pump allows you to operate the pressure cleaner without taking any suction away from your main pool pump. The addition of the booster pump does mean pressure cleaners require a more involved installation than either suction or robotic cleaners. The booster pump is installed in tandem with your pool pump.

I need hoses for my Polaris

Sandra, I would suggest using the 8 Foot Extension Hose for the Polaris 65 Cleaner. Or for the whole hose use the Float Hose 24' Gray, Hose Only (6-225-00)

I'm new to the pool business but would like to install a polaris for my above ground pool. I have the eye ball fitting which I see I would have to remove and then add an adaptor for it to connect to the polaris fittings. How is the eye ball fitting removed? Thanks for the information.

We had a Polaris turbo turtle and it needs to be replaced . What is the difference between this cleaner and that one? We were very satisfied with it.

Hi, Joey. The only difference is the shell of the units. Both units will perform and work the same.
