Is it likely that this needs to be replaced when water is pouring out of it and the filter pressure is fine, it threads into place easily and it was taped?

Hi Jim, This assembly may need to be replace or just the o-rings depending on where it's leaking from. This air assembly can be used on several different filters so you will have to locate your exact model and get the o-ring also just in case.

May this part be used on heldor clearflow de36 filter? original part#154689, 154700, 154661 (air bleeder/tee assembly, adaptor-brass air bleeeer, oringt air bleeder adaptor

I bought a Pentair II 140 at the end of last year and the gauge is not working and the bleeder is VERY hard to open and close. I have to use a towel and use way to much force to open and close the bleeder. How can I get these replaced under my warranty? Thanks 319-321-9255

Hi Rose, as long as your unit falls within the manufacturer warranty policy parameters please contact the retailer that you purchased the unit from to initiate a warranty claim.

I just installed a new air bleeder/tee assembly (154689) with new pressure gauge (190059), and is now leaking from spot where gauge threads into assembly. I could possibly tighten a bit more but don’t want to crack the plastic assembly. Any recommendations, or is an o ring needed?
Hi Kenneth, I would suggest starting with using teflon tape on the gauge threads to help prevent that leak.

This item shows the air bleeder included in the photo. Is it included in this assembly as part of this item? or do I have to purchase it separately?

I have a old (prior to 1992) pac fab nautilus NS36 filter. I need the air bleeder and pressure gauge. Can you please give me the part number for these parts. Does this one 154689 replace it?

I need a complete assembly including pressure relief gauge and hardware for a Triton II sand filter. The bleeder assembly # is 15-4691. Do you have the complete assembly with hardware and gauge available or do I need to buy individual parts?

Hi Scott - we do not have a kit with everything for that bleeder valve, so you will need this Air Relief Assembly for Pentair Triton II, a Pressure Gauge, Rear Mount and an Air Bleeder w/O-ring - 272515.
