I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH MY INGROUND SKIMMER BOX, SOMEONE PUT MY SKIM VAC UPSIDE DOWN AND IT HAS GOTTEN LOGGED IN THE SKIMMER HILE, HOW CAN I GE THIS OUT SO IT WILL NOT MESS UP THE SKIMMER LINE AND WOULD THIS CAUSE THE PRESSURE IN MY WALL JETS TO SLOW

Hello Keith, Depending on how it is stuck into the skimmer under the tile, turn off your pump and try reaching through where the weir entrance is and the other hand on the top of the skimmer and try getting a section of the Vac plate lip. Or you could back wash some of your water down below the skimmer to see if the pressure would release. Is your basket still in the skimmer?

I have a skimmer and inside the skimmer I found a sticker with the number 08650-1403 etc. on the skimmer plate outside the number is SWIMQ WC27-92. Which vacuum plate is appropriate for me.
Hi Anwar. For the SwimQuip WC 27 92, the Vacuum plate you will need is the Plate, Vacuum Fits Jacuzzi Clear (08650-0042).

I have an 8" Hayward skimmer plate 1 1/2" pool vacuum hose , but I need a 90 degree elbow swivel adapter for it also for the vacuum hose to fit properly in the skimmer & not be crunched up to work. Do you have such a part or a suggestion to solve this problem ? Thank You , Mark

The mfgr recommends the hose exits out the top of the skimmer, over the coping and into the pool. An elbow or kink will impact the vacuum performance.

It is better to go straight out the top of your skimmer so your vacuum hose is not compromised.
