Hi, I. The replacement o-ring for the Turboclean Pop Ups is O-Ring, O-633 - 90-423-1633.

What is the size of the O-Ring? Since this is a part designed to retrofit for the original inserts, several of the 10 that I have replaced are constantly popping out. I definitely inserted them correctly and tight. The originals had a more significant larger(thicker) O-ring. I feel especially with the large gap that the o-ring is placed in with these that it allows the thinner o-ring to have to much play and roll it is not a good o-ring size choice.

Hi, David. The O-ring dimensions are 2-13/16" ID x 3/32" Cross Section.
