Looking for a way to adapt the Kreepy Krawly hose to our skimmer basket that is 7-7/8" across the top.

Hi David, the vac plate will depend on the model skimmer that you have. A few ways to confirm the skimmer model is by locating the skimmer lid, basket, or weir door part numbers that should be molded onto those. Once we can get one of those we can confirm whether we carry a vac plate for your skimmer.
