I have a gold line remote that looks just like this one on your site but mine is white. It has stopped working, I keep getting the message "base receiver not responding" does that mean I need to replace the base unit or would replacing the remote itself fix the problem?

Hi Gina, Replacing the remote may not solve your problem. I would recommend following the steps on page 7-8 in the Wireless Remote Display Installation/Operation Manual. If those step doesn't work contact Hayward Tech Support for assistance.

I need the plastic pins that hold the GLX control panel in the main panel box. They are about 2" long and keep the control panel steady. The pins plug into the mother board from the back of the display panel.

Hello Jim- Unfortunately the pins are not a replacement part we have available. You can try contacting Hayward directly at 1-800-657-2287. A representative there should be able to assist you.

Hi my name is Gabriel Garcia I have a chlorinator control model 2807-04 , About 6 months ago the system start delay the time . I get into the configuration to set the correct time but the next day I find 2 or three hours delay. About a month ago the timer in the controller do not run. The rest of the function works, but without the timer my system is a totally manual system. I want to know if there are some part of the board that I can replace or if I need to replace the whole unit

Hello Gabriel- It sounds like your AquaLogic Main PCB is going bad. I wouldn't be able to tell you if there is a part on the board itself to fix this issue, but here is a link to the PCB Circuit Board AquaLogic Version 2.6 - GLXPCBMAIN.

Hi, Seems Main Circuit board is out, for my Goldline Aqua Logic PS-4 system. Had to replace it a few yrs back after lightning. This time the display was off, but after reset power breakers...it displayed info/status. Original pump replaced last yr (from you). When press Filter button to start,it shows it's on,BUT it isn't. Local pool service guy says it's the main board out again. He's ordered one. Panel number down in lower right is DP70003D-1. Which item part would you have recomm'd? Thnx.

Hi Dan, Yes that is an indication that your Main AqualLogic PCB is bad. Here is a link to the Main AquaLogic PCB Board that you will require.

I have a Hayward Ps-4 Controller that worked just fine. I shut power off for about three weeks then turned back on to winterize. The Local Display like the one in your photo now only beeps intermittent and the display flashes a blank screen. I can control function of the controller with my wireless remote. Able to do that I am assuming the main board is ok and the local display maybe bad. What are your thoughts??

Hi, Joe. There is a good chance just the local display is bad. To confirm, use the Troubleshooting Guide which has instructions on pages 21-24.

Kevin, the replacement for your AQL-WW-RF-PS-4 would be the PS-4 Wireless Wall Mount - White - AQL2-WW-RF-PS-4. You can find it by clicking the link here: http://www.inyopools.com/Products/02100001004873.htm

Hi, I have a AQL-TW-RF-PS-4 which is table mount control system. Recently is not showing data on screen and message says is not communicating with base, but all bottoms are functional. When I take that and get close to RF antenna, will start reading data on screen with 2 feet distance working fine and after that I would loses data on screen. As I said still I can turn on and off everything but cannot read display. Is there any issue with RF antenna or Remote panel? Thank you

Hi, Farshad. The Wireless Antenna Base - AQL2BASERF will be the issue based on the info you're having.

My display has been fading for a long time and now nothing displays. Is it this or the main board?

Hi, Joe. If the system runs fine with no other issues, you will need just to replace the Local Display.

I have a Hayward Ps-4 Controller that worked just fine. I shut power off for 5 days due to a heater core leak. Now only beeps intermittent and the display flashes a blank screen. I can control the function of the controller with my wireless remote. Is there a bad backup battery? Remote works everything but the beeping and the blank screen continues?

My display will just beep like it wants to power up but won't. Is this the correct replacement?
Hi Roger, Do you know if you have P4, PS4, P8 or PS8? Is this the indoor controller or the controller at the power supply? If it is the controller indoors then can you operate all of your equipment still from the outdoor power supply? Trying to determine if your indoor board or outdoor board is the culprit.
