I need to replace the Jacuzzi Magnum Force pool pump "pot" which appears in the diagram to be the housing. How do I determine if it is manufactured before 2/1/03?

Hello Rob - You will need to measure the height of your pump basket. If it measures 9" tall, it was manufactured prior to 2-1-03. If it measures 12" tall, it was manufactured after 2-1-03.

I need to replace the Jacuzzi pot assembly. The original I'm dealing with has a date sticker reading 7-10-02 and the Model No. is 94026107. Only other numbers are one that reads 7MF. Which pot should I purchase as a replacement?

Good Afternoon Pete, What pump do you currently have on the motor on and is the motor circle or square flange? if you have the old pump housing and have access to model number that would be great.

I have a Magnum Force 3/4 hp pump built in year 2000. My housing is cracked and needs replaced. Will this housing work? Most I see are for year 2003 or newer.

Hi, Aqua Cop. You will actually need to replace the entire pump housing assembly with the After 2003 housing 42-2345-06-R to ensure compatibility.

Would this part work to replace the current Magnum Force Serial 003742 Model 15UMF-S. I have air bubbles coming out of my pool outlets and it looks like I have hair line cracks at the base of the part which explain the bit of water leaking . Also, I am thinking the air getting in is what keeps shutting my pool heater off. An insight?

Hi, You can but the plumbing ports would not match up exactly to the existing plumbing. You would need the Magnum Force Housing Kit - 42234506K or the Magnum Force Body W/ Plugs - 03090602R000.

I have a Magnum Force pump Model 1UMF-S, Mfg. 6 June 2008, S/N 0009901, Order # 9427110. A few years ago, when I turned off the pump, back pressure forced the filter nut partially off, partially stripping the male threads off the pump body. It still does this from time to time, but after recently adding a timer the pump may not prime on restart. Is this body still available and what is the cost. What causes this pressure to occur when I turn off the pump. It doesn't happen every time.

Hi, Buck. The Magnum Force Body w/ Plugs - 03090602R000 is the correct housing based on when you pump was manufactured. Back pressure from high water flow and air in the lines can cause this issue.

I have a magnum force jacuzzi pump. I need a replacement housing for the pump. What do I need?
Also, I vent the filter after start up and it seems the filter never holds water to the top. Every so often I need to bleed the air out of the filter. What causes this ?

Hi, Mike. You will need to provide us with the manufactured date. If you're not sure, you can use the Magnum Force Housing Retrofit Kit - 42-2345-06-K. If you're getting air in the system is caused by a suction leak.

I did replace the gasket onto of the filter. Still no luck?

my original pump housing came with a 1.5hp with 1.5sf.
I have recently replaced motor with 1.5 hp with 1.0 sf....effectively lowering horsepower.
If i buy the correct impeller kit to fit this new motor will it still mate up correctly to my existing pump housing...in other words will a smaller motor and impeller assembly fit existing pump housing. I have a magnum by carvin

Hi Austin, If you lowered your motor to the 1.5 HP 1.0 SF then you will definitely to lower you impeller as well otherwise you will overwork the new motor and it will fail quickly. You will need this 1.5 HP Uprated Jacuzzi Magnum Overhaul Kit which will mate up to your old 1.5 HP Full Rate Pump.
